Owner
Jimmy Dorian began his career in the insurance and financial services industry in 1994 and is the owner of Dorian Insurance Services. Over the course of his career, he has earned numerous industry awards and recognitions, reflecting his commitment to providing knowledgeable guidance and exceptional service to his clients.
Jimmy began specializing in life insurance, disability insurance, and financial products before expanding in 1996 to include property and casualty insurance. This allows him to provide clients with a comprehensive range of insurance solutions for both personal and business needs.
His commitment to proactive service and long-term client relationships has helped build Dorian Insurance Services into a trusted agency focused on helping clients protect what matters most.
Joanne Melillo
Office Manager / Commercial Lines Manager
Joanne Melillo joined Dorian Insurance Services in 2009 and plays a key role in the day-to-day operations of the agency. As both Office Manager and Commercial Lines Manager, she oversees office operations while also helping lead the commercial insurance department.
Joanne works closely with clients and team members to ensure policies are managed efficiently and service standards remain high. Her experience and leadership help keep the agency operating smoothly.

Kory Hollander
Personal Lines Manager
Kory Hollander joined Dorian Insurance Services in 2012 and plays an important role in leading our Personal Lines Department. As Personal Lines Manager, she oversees the servicing and management of personal insurance accounts, helping ensure clients receive the coverage and support they deserve.
Kory works closely with clients and team members to review policies, address coverage questions, and provide guidance on protecting homes, vehicles, and personal assets.

Lydia Mojarro
Commercial Lines Assistant Manager / Health Insurance Account Manager
Lydia Mojarro joined Dorian Insurance Services in 2016 and supports multiple departments within the agency. As Commercial Lines Assistant Manager and Health Insurance Account Manager, she oversees the Health Insurance Department while also assisting with the management and servicing of commercial accounts.
Lydia is known for her strong industry knowledge, attention to detail, and commitment to helping clients understand their coverage options.

Brooke King
Commercial Lines Account Manager
Brooke joined Dorian Insurance Services in 2022 and is a member of our Commercial Lines Department. She assists with servicing commercial accounts and supporting clients with their insurance needs.

Commercial Lines Account Manager
Argenis Pereyra joined Dorian Insurance Services in 2025 as a Commercial Lines Account Manager. In his role, he assists our business clients with their commercial insurance needs, helping ensure they have the proper coverage in place to protect their operations.
